Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub - American actress, comedian and activist She was born to Jewish parents in the Soviet Union and started her career as child actress after she immigrated to the United States. Her appearances as Lily Adams in AT&T TV commercials from 2013 until 2016 - and then since 2020 - made her famous. She also was a regular series regular on the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). In addition she was a regular series on Yahoo! Vayntrub was also cast as Squirrelgirl for Marvel Rising in 2018 following her appearance in the pilot television series called New Warriors. Vayntrub was born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR, and is Jewish. She and her parents fled antisemitism at the age of two. They settled in West Hollywood. Her family's financial troubles led to her acting in Mattel Barbie commercials from the age of 5. Vayntrub was a student at Beverly Hills High School briefly however she dropped out in her sophomore year. Then, she earned an GED, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication at the University of California, San Diego. She studied improv with the Upright Citizens Brigade.
