Jacques Bermon Webster, II (born April 30 1991) is also known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) is a popular American rapper from America. Scott is also a songwriter, singer record producer, singer, and songwriter. The stage name he uses is the name of a favorite uncle and the first name of Kid Cudi, his inspiration (whose real name was Scott Mescudi). In 2012, Scott signed his first major label deal with Epic Records. He also signed a publishing contract for GOOD Music with Kanye West. Scott signed a record agreement with Epic Records and T.I. 's Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut album of full length, Owl Pharaoh (1983), was self-released. The mixtape was later followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his debut studio album. It included the smash track "Antidote". His second album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) reached number one on the Billboard 200. Scott released his second album with Quavo Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). This album is the third album he had recorded with Astroworld. Scott also recorded his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which included Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records release the compilation album JackBoys in the second quarter of 2019. The album debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. After the release of his single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott became the first artist on the Hot 100 to have three songs at number 1 in less that one year in 2020.
