Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1, 1989) is an American actor. She has appeared as Deborah Gallagher in the series Shameless (from 2011-2021) in addition to Harris Conner Healy, in the tenth and subsequent seasons of Roseanne. Kenney was born at New York City on 14 September 1999. Kevin Kenney and Gillian Kenney are her parents. Kevin Kenney was a writer at Fox Sports and formerly worked at The New York Post. Emma Kenney shares the same birthplace as Emmy Rossum, her Shameless co-star. Kenney (19) was raised in Manhattan and is the character Debbie her sassy character in Showtime's Shameless. She actually lived her childhood in the Garden State. Kenney's Roseanne character, played by Darlene (Sara Gilbert) her daughter Harris is another of her most well-known roles.
